11 Self-heating substances and mixtures Not classified - - - - UNRTDG Class: 4.3. Non-combustible under dry condition (Hommel, 1991, Card No.243)
12 Substances and mixtures which, in contact with water, emit flammable gases Classification not possible (Category 1 or Category 2) Danger H260: In contact with water releases flammable gases which may ignite spontaneously P231+P232: Handle under inert gas. Protect from moisture.
P335+P334: Brush off loose particles from skin. Immerse in cool water/wrap in wet bandages.
P370+P378: In case of fire: Use ... for extinction.
P402+P404: Store in a dry place. Store in a closed container.
P223: Keep away from any possible contact with water, because of violent reaction and possible flash fire.
P280: Wear protective gloves/protective clothing/eye protection/face protection.
P501: Dispose of contents/container to ...
Since reaction with water changes by the purity, particle form, and particle diameter of a sample, a given study is carried out and it will be classified into one of the followings. As a result of an examination, the sample with the tendency of reacting violently with the water and generating gas to ignite spontaneously or with the flammable/combustible gas generating speed of 10L/minute/kg or higher (equivalent to PG I) is classified into category 1, and the sample with the tendency of reacting rapidly with the water and indicating spontaneous combustibility but with the flammable/combustible gas generating speed that is under 10L/minute/kg and is 20L/hour/kg or higher (equivalent to PG II) is classified into category 2.
13 Oxidizing liquids Not applicable - - - - Solid (GHS definition)
14 Oxidizing solids Not applicable - - - - Containing no oxygen, chlorine and fluorine.
15 Organic peroxides Not applicable - - - - Inorganic substance
16 Corrosive to metals Not classified - - - - UNRTDG Class: 4.3

P303+P361+P353: IF ON SKIN (or hair): Remove/Take off immediately all contaminated clothing. Rinse skin with water/shower.
P305+P351+P338: IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing.
P304+P340: IF INHALED: Remove victim to fresh air and keep at rest in a position comfortable for breathing.
P260: Do not breathe dust/fume/gas/mist/vapours/spray.
P264: Wash ... thoroughly after handling.
P280: Wear protective gloves/protective clothing/eye protection/face protection.
P310: Immediately call a POISON CENTER or doctor/physician.
P321: Specific treatment (see ... on this label).
P363: Wash contaminated clothing before reuse.
P405: Store locked up.
P501: Dispose of contents/container to ...
It was set as Category 1A-1C from description that it is the caustic (ICSC (J), (1995), and SITTIG (4th, 2002)).
3 Serious eye damage/eye irritation Category 1 Danger H318: Causes serious eye damage P305+P351+P338: IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing.
P280: Wear protective gloves/protective clothing/eye protection/face protection.
P310: Immediately call a POISON CENTER or doctor/physician.
It is set as Category 1 from description that it is caustic (ICSC(J)(1995) and SITTIG (4th, 2002)).
4 Respiratory sensitization Classification not possible - - - - No data available
4 Skin sensitization Classification not possible - - - - Since data is insufficient, it cannot classify.

From the description in ICSC (J) (1995) and SITTIG (4th, 2002) that it is the caustic, and the description in ICSC (J) (1995), HSFS (2003) and SITTIG (4th, 2002) that pulmonary edemas is caused when inhaling it, and respiratory system was judged as target organ, so it was considered as Category 2 .
9 Specific target organ toxicity - Repeated exposure Classification not possible - - - - Classification not possible due to lack of data
10 Aspiration hazard Classification not possible - - - - No data available
