The available data for classification were those of only one test in which rats were repeatedly exposed by inhalation. By inhalation exposure (7 hours/day) of rats to this substance (500 ppm) 35 times (7 weeks at 5 days/week) for 53 days, centrilobular cloudy swelling of hepatocytes and vacuolization of renal tubular epithelium cells were observed (ACGIH (7th, 2001), PATTY (6th, 2012)).
