There is a report that, in a single oral administration test with rats, restlessness and hyperventilation appeared immediately after administration of this substance, followed by rapidly developing ataxia, and tremors, clonic convulsions, dyspnea, and coma occurred, resulting in death (PATTY (6th, 2012)). Although there is no detailed description of the doses at which these symptoms were observed, the dosage was thought to be within the range of Category 2 close to the LD50 value of 570 mg/kg. Therefore, it was classified in Category 2 (central nervous system).
