It was reported that repeated skin contact with alkenes (C6-C12) might cause dryness of skin, and inhalation might cause effects on the central nervous system. Since it was described that signs and symptoms of CNS depression such as headache, dizziness, or loss of appetite could completely recover by interruption of exposure (SIDS (2000)).
