In the acute inhalation toxicity study in rats exposed to dusts of the substance at concentrations of 0.05 - 0.29 mg/L/4hrs, clinical signs of toxicity included weight loss, nasal discharge, dacryohemorrhea, dyspnea, and eye irritation, and all of these findings were non-lethal and reversible effects (HSDB (2003)).
