In the first generation reproductive toxicity study (OECD TG 415, GLP) via oral administration for 98 days using rats increase in the pre-mating time, decrease in fertilizing capacities, conception rates and the number of birth were observed and decrease of the body weight during the nursing period was observed among mother animals with 1,000mg/kg (recovering after the completion of the nursing period) (SIDS (2006)).
