There are reports that this substance was irritating to the respiratory tract in humans and experimental animals (rats, mice) (ACGIH (7th, 2001), PATTY (6th, 2012)). In addition, there are reports that headaches and nausea by inhalation exposure in humans, and ataxia, hypoactivity, and coma by inhalation exposure at 6,000 ppm (31.5 mg/L) (the dose exceeding Category 2) in rats were observed, but these resolved (ACGIH (7th, 2001)).
