In the test of the rabbit of ECETOC TR48(2)(1998), although two animals were mostly recovered among three animals in the 14th day after the treatments as last observasion date, recovery was seldom seen by one animal which remains. Although there was no data of the recovery condition in the 21days after treatment, the average value of the Draize score at 24, 48 and 72 hours after treatment, and the complete recovery was not seen with three animals 7 days after treatment. So it was taken as Category 2A. FY2006 GHS Classification Manual (10 Feb, 2006)
