- |
- | - | Lack of data. Besides, Birth Defects (3rd, 2000) reports that many anesthetics show teratogenicity in animal tests, skeletal anomalies predominate with general inhalation anesthetics, and cyclopropane induced multiple defects in mice and rats. But details of the data are unknown due to no more description. |

8 | Specific target organ toxicity - Single exposure | Category 3 (Narcotic effects) |
Warning |
H336 | P304+P340 P403+P233 P261 P271 P312 P405 P501 |
This substance used as an inhalation anesthetic shows anesthesia and CNS depression (PATTY (5th, 2001)). PATTY (5th, 2001) reports that mice exposed to 5.8 mmol/L exhibited anesthesia in 3 minutes recovered in 1.5 minutes, and HSDB (2003) reports that recovery is rapid, usually within 10 minutes after inhalation irrespective of the duration of exposure, therefore it was classified in Category 3 (narcotic effects). |
