In Combined Repeated Dose Toxicity Study with the Reproduction/Developmental Toxicity Screening Tests using rats (exposure period of approx. 9 weeks), high doses were associated with decreased litter size, decreased offspring survival rate at 4 days after birth, and increased offspring mortality, which were statistically significant.
