Consumer product safety has been attracting a lot of attention in recent years, and measures have been reviewed by the government including two revisions of the Consumer Product Safety Law following various product related accidents.
The Japan Housewives' Association and NITE will hold a joint program for working people starting on August 26, 2008. The Program will feature various product safety issues including current status, reviews of policy citing specific cases, preventive measures, etc.
