In the combined repeated dose oral toxicity study with the reproduction/developmental toxicity screening test in rats (OECD TG 422, GLP-compliant), weights of the testes and epididymides reduced at 300 mg/kg, and pathological examinations revealed the testicular dysfunction at 100 and 300 mg/kg (converted values as that of 90-day study: 46.7 - 140 mg/kg/day) ("Toxicity Testing Reports of Environmental Chemicals" (Chemicals Investigation Promoting Council) (Access on Nov. 2010)).
