fdmK: oxygenase

prm, grh, rub clusterにhomologueがなく、菌根菌Glomus mosseaeで長鎖分枝鎖脂肪酸のperoxisomal beta-oxidationに関連するFox2のC末領域127aaに有意な配列類似あり。

fdmC-fdmT3のfragmentをS.albusへ導入し、FDM-A産生に十分であることを確認している。
dalta-fdmEFGHIJK mutantでFDM-A産生は完全になくなる。相補で回復。
