ORF20: Transcriptional activator in redox control (Regulation)

配列解析のみ。E.coli_SoxRに似ている。
SoxRは分かれて転写されるSoxSと共に働くが、ORF20にSoxS homologは隣接していない。
ORF19産物はおそらくORF20産物と一緒に、細胞の酸化還元電位の変化に応答してgranaticinへの抵抗性を調節するかもしれない。
