amidated polykeidesの生合成にはoxy minimal PKS + oxyDで必要十分であることを異種性発現で確認。

OxyDはmalonyl-CoA or malonyl-ACPをamidateしてmalonamyl-CoA or malonamyl-ACPを得て、それから鎖伸長のためのoxy KS-CLFをprimeすると考えられている。
