fkbFは12TMSsのタンパク。最も近いhomologueはRhizobium trifoliiのputative dicarboxylate carrier protein。FK520合成は細胞膜を通したdicarboxylic acidの移動を要求しなそうなので、FkbFは他の機能を持っているのかもしれない。
