borrelidin PKS starter unitであるtrans-1,2-CPDA添加でborrelidin産生レベルはやや回復する。

BorNはtyrosine代謝で2-oxohepta-3-ene-1,7-dioateの産生に関与するisomeraseに似ている。
よって、borNがないときはtyrosineでの一次代謝酵素が代替しているのではないか。
