avrH/aveBVII: dTDP-6-deoxy-L-hexose 3-O-methyltransferase

S.lividansでS.avermitilis avrBCDEFGHIを発現させて外因性aglyconeと反応させて産物解析。
delta-avrHな発現株では、C-3でmethyl化されていないsugar(L-olivose, L-digitoxose)を持ったavermectin derivativesを産生する。

AvrH methyltransferaseはC-3でequatorialなhydroxyl基をmethylateする。axial C-3 hydroxyl基はできない。C-3の立体配置はAvrH methyltransferaseによって最終的に決定される。
