orf(+6)と本文中呼んでいる。

Kirromycin Biosynthesis Gene Clusterのクローニングで一緒に取れてきた領域のORF。
orf(+1)欠損株作製し、kirromycin生産に影響しないことから、Kirromycin生合成にはおそらく関与していないと考察している。
また、orf(+1)とorf(+6)-(+8)で1881bpのnon coding sequence gapによって離れているがNRPSを形成していると記述あり。
