lsd10: ethylmalonyl-CoA biosynthesis
homolog : putative oxidoreductase_S.kanamyceticus

lasalocid 生合成のlate stepにおいてepoxidase以外にredox enzymeがないため、lsd9,lsd10はethylmalonyl-CoA生合成に対して働くと推測している。しかし、lsd10のホモログであるplmT8で提唱されているC-8 hydroxyethyl側鎖のC-8 hydroxyl基をamineで置換する機能と相違があるとも記載有り。
