Mix ingregients except NaNO2, K2HPO4, MgSO4·7H2O, CaCl2·2H2O, FeSO4·7H2O, and NaHCO3, dispense the medium into suitable culture vessels, and autoclave (121°C, 20min). NaNO2, K2HPO4, MgSO4·7H2O, CaCl2·2H2O are autoclaved separately, and added to the medium. Filter-sterile FeSO4·7H2O and NaHCO3 solutions are added to the medium. Final pH is 7.8-8.3. |
