K2HPO4 0.78 g   KH2PO4 0.75 g   3Na-EDTA 0.04 g   FeSO4·7H2O 0.01 g   MgSO4·7H2O 0.25 g   CaCl2·2H2O 0.03 g   NaCl 0.2 g   NH4Cl 0.5 g   NaSO4 20 mM   Sodium acetate 2 mM   Vitamin solution* 10 ml   Trace element solution** 10 ml   Cysteine-HCl 0.25 g   Distilled water 1 L     For vial culture, dissolve all ingredients except cysteine-HCl, flush N2/CO2, dispense 20 ml/50-ml vials, fix with a stopper with flushing N2/CO2 and autoclave. After autoclaved, the gas phase is replaced with H2/CO2 (80/20, 150 kPa), and add 0.1 ml of autoclaved cysteine-HCl solution (50 g/l) per each vial separately.
