Composition
KH2PO4 0.4 g   K2HPO4·3H2O 0.4 g   NH4Cl 1 g   MgCl2·6H2O 0.1 g   Yeast extract 0.2 g   NaHCO3 6 g   Cysteine-HCl 0.5 g   Na2S·9H2O 0.25 g   Resazurin 1 mg   Cellulose (or Cellobiose) 10 g   Vitamin solution* 10 ml   Mineral solution** 10 ml   Distilled water 1 L   pH 7.5       Mix ingredients except cysteine-HCl, Na2S·9H2O and vitamin solution, distribute the medium into culture vessels under a stream of N2/CO2 (80/20) gas (or N2 gas), and seal with butyl rubber stoppers. After autoclaving (121°C, 15 min), aseptically inject other ingredients.
