Composition
Trypticase Peptone (BBL) 2 g   Bacto Yeast Extract (Difco) 2 g   50% Sodium lactate 25 ml   Biotin solution* 2 ml   K solution** 10 ml   M solution*** 2.5 ml   C solution**** 2.5 ml   Resazurin 1 mg   15% Na2CO3 solution 20 ml   Cysteine-HCl 0.75 g   Distilled water 1 L   pH 7       Mix ingredients except for Na2CO3 and cysteine-HCl, dispense the medium into suitable culture vessels under a stream of N2/CO2 (80/20), seal with butyl rubber stoppers, and autoclave at 115℃ for 25 min.
