VinJ, K, L, M, N, Oの酵素的解析を行っている論文。

HPLCで精製した3-methylaspartate(3-MeAsp)-VinLをVinOで反応させて、mixtureの産物をLC-ESI-MS解析。decarboxylationされた3-amino-2-methylpropionyl-VinLが形成されていることを確認している。(ただし、retention timeは3-MeAsp-VinLと似ている。)

また、PLP-dependentな酵素であるVinOは3-amino-2-methylpropionyl-VinLのC-2 positionでの異性化も同時に触媒すると提唱されるが、確認はできていない。
