snoaF: C7-ketoreductase

aklaviketoneを蓄積するS.galilaeus H036 mutantは、snoaFをpromoter下においたplasmid pSYE57によって異種性に相補される。
SnoaFによるaklaviketone→aklavinoneへの変換は、aglyconへsugar moietyが付着できるようにし、aklavinone glycosidesを蓄積するようになる。

nogalamycin生合成経路での割り当ては、
nogalaviketone → nogalamycinone へのC-7還元が提唱されている。
nogalaviketoneとaklaviketoneの違いはstarter(acetate or propionate)のみ。
