ttmH(5,770a.a.): polyketide synthase (modules 10-12)

tautomycin (TTM)を生合成するPKSをコードする。
module10, 12の DH domainについては、配列上はこれらのdomainは存在するが、TTM生合成のモデル構造上は必要ないとしている。
また、module 12のKR domainについては特に記載が無いが、FIGURE 3.ではmodule 12を構成するdomainとして表記されていない。

ttmH自体の変異株の作製は行われていないが、2つ上流のttmJを不活化すると、TTMの生産が見られないことを確認している。
