actII-ORF4導入でactinorhodin産生増加。
actII-ORF4破壊でactinorhodin非産生。
actII mutant strainでは、act生合成遺伝子転写物がなくなったり減ったりした(unpublished)。
actIII geneの転写にはactII 領域が同時に存在することが必要(Hallam et al. 1988)。
actII-ORF4にはTTA codonが含まれているため、翻訳にはBldAが必要。
