oxyR (otcX1): PNP-oxidase

putative pyridoxamine 5'-phosphate(PMP) oxidase OxyRは、cofactorとしてpyridoxal 5'-phosphate (PLP)を使うaminotransferase OxyQと一緒に翻訳される。
相同なActVA-ORF2はactinorhodin生合成に関連した機能不明な酵素である。

tableではPNP-、本文ではPMP-oxidaseとなっているが同じ酵素(EC 1.4.3.5)を表している。

中間体6-methylpretetramid → ATC の変換にoxygenase候補OxyG, OxyE, or OxyRがあってもなくても、その産物特性と収量に影響なし。
