SgcA1の機能解析報告 

大腸菌にてsgcA1を過剰発現させ、精製し、生化学的(分子量,pH依存性,金属イオン要求性,基質特異性)および酵素学的解析を行った。
精製酵素はalpha-D-glucopyranosyl-1-phosphate thymidylyltransferaseとして特徴付けられ、sgcA1の過剰発現株はC-1027の生産量が改善した。
