SgcR, SgcEの機能解析

putative DNA-binding proteinsと推定されるsgcE1,sgcRの不活性化株作製。sgcE1はC-1027の生合成に影響を与えなかったがsgcR不活性化株はC-1027とheptaeneのtitersが著しく増加した。S.globisporus wild-typeとsgcE1の不活性化株間でassayに変化は見られないことから、SgcE1はC-1027 biosynthesisに必須ではないことを示した。enediyne core biosynthesis geneだけでなくregulatory geneでもないことを示した。sgcE1の機能は明らかになっていない。
