この株はL-乾燥標品からの復元培養時、固形培地では生育しないことがあります。必ず液体及び寒天培地の両方に接種してください。 L-乾燥アンプルからの復元には継代培養時よりも立ち上がりに時間がかかります。1-2週間程度の培養が必要です。 This strain hardly activate on solid medium from L-dried ampoule. Please inoculate to both liquid and solid media from glass ampoule. Reactivate from L-dried ampoule takes longer than subculturing. It takes about 1-2 weeks of culture. |
