本菌株は登録以降から2022年までLactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. delbrueckiiの基準株として公開していましたが、ゲノム解析の結果、L. delbrueckii subsp. lactisまたはL. delbrueckii subsp. jakobseniiに近縁であることが判明したため、当該亜種の基準株指定を外しました。 This strain is closely related to Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. lactis or L. delbrueckii subsp. jakobsenii by genome analysis. |
