寒天培地には生育しません。アンプル全量を8 mlの液体培地に接種して下さい。最初から大量培養を行わないで下さい。生育には1週間程度要し、生育しても濁りません。生育は亜硝酸が産生されたことと検鏡で確認できます。最初の生育は静置培養でお願いします。振とう培養はある程度菌量が得られた後で行ってください。 Please remain the culture stationary during the first incubation (over a week) after reviving L-dried culture. Strong aeration negatively affect the growth at low cell concentrations. After you get active culture, you can start shaking. Visible turbidity may not be seen even when good growth occurs. |
