Information for Users | Fresh cultured Nori thalli are usable as a host of this oomycete. Thawed Nori thalli (inocula) are washed with seawater, then, inoculated into the fresh culture of Nori. Two to three days of cultivation, infected cells are appeared on the thalli of Nori. |
