Composition
Glucose 5 g   Polypepton 5 g   Trypticase Peptone (BBL) 5 g   Yeast extract 10 g   CaCl2·2H2O 0.01 g   MgSO4·7H2O 0.02 g   KH2PO4 0.04 g   NaCl 0.08 g   K2HPO4 0.04 g   NaHCO3 0.4 g   Cysteine-HCl 1 g   Resazurin 1 mg   Distilled water 1 L   pH 7       Mix ingredients except for cysteine-HCl. Dispense the medium into suitable culture vessels under a N2/CO2 (80/20) atmosphere, and seal with butyl rubber stoppers. Sterilze cysteine-HCl solution by filtration. Prior to inoculation, aseptically and anaerobically add cysteine-HCl solution.
