Composition
Bacto Tryptone (Difco) 10 g   Yeast extract 0.5 g   NaCl 0.5 g   NH4HCO3 3.16 g   Cysteine-HCl 0.5 g   Na2S·9H2O 0.25 g   Resazurin 1 mg   Distilled water 1 L   pH 8       Mix ingredients except cysteine and sulfide, distribute the medium into culture vessels under a stream of the N2/CO2 (80/20) mixed gas and seal with butyl rubber stoppers. After autoclaving at 121°C for 15 min, aseptically and anaerobically add the cysteine and sulfide solutions.
