Mix ingredients except for sodium pyruvate, vitamin and bicarbonate. Dispense the medium into suitable culture vessels under a N2 atmosphere, seal with butyl rubber stoppers, and autoclave at 121°C for 15 min. Aseptically and anaerobically add filter-sterilized sodium pyruvate, vitamin and bicarbonate solutions, and adjust pH to 7.5 using compact pH meter. |
