Composition
Corn and fish meal mixture (feed for birds) 20 g   Distilled water 1 L   Agar 20 g   pH 6.5       Boil 20 g of the mixture in ca. 1 L water for 1 h. After filtering the solution, adjust it to 1 L with water and add 20 g of agar.
