Composition
Hipolypepton* 0.1 g   Bacto Yeast Extract (Difco) 0.1 g   Glucose 1.8 g   KH2PO4 0.45 g   K2HPO4 0.45 g   (NH4)2SO4 0.9 g   NaCl 0.9 g   MgSO4·7H2O 0.09 g   CaCl2·2H2O 0.09 g   Na2CO3 0.2 g   Resazurin 0.4 mg   Cysteine-HCl 0.3 g   Distilled water 1 L       *FUJIFILM Wako Pure Chemical Corporation, Osaka, Japan.           Mix ingredients except glucose and cysteine-HCl, and autoclave under a N2 atmosphere. Concentrated cysteine-HCl solution is sterilized separately under a N2 atmosphere in tightly closed vessels. Prior to inoculation, add filter-sterile glucose solution and cysteine-HCl.
