Vegetable Juice Seawater Agar (V-8 SWA)
Composition
 Vegetable juice*200ml
 CaCO3*3g
 Seawater (2% salinity)800ml
 Agar15g
 pH 7.0 
       
  *Add CaCO3 (3 g) to V-8 juice (ca. 300 ml) and stir it for 2 h. After centrifuging, add seawater and agar to 200 ml of the supernatant. Adjust pH to 7.0.
