Medium	Potato Carrot Agar (PCA)
Composition
Potato 20 g   Carrot 20 g   Distilled water 1 L   Agar 20 g   pH 6.0       Peel and slice potatoes and carrots, boil for 20 min with 1 L of distilled water. Mash and strain through a muslin bag. Adjust pH. Add agar. Make up to 1 L. Autoclave to sterilize.
