KH2PO4 3 g   MgSO4·7H2O 0.5 g   CaCl2·2H2O 0.25 g   Bacto Yeast Extract (Difco) 1 g   Glucose 10 g   (NH4)2SO4 2 g   Distilled water 1 L   Adjust pH to 2.0 with 10 N H2SO4       Glucose is autoclaved separately as 40% solution, and added to other autoclaved ingredients after cooling. For solid medium, equal volumes of separately autoclaved double-strength liquid medium (pH 2.0) and 1.6% Gelrite (Kelco, Division of Merck & Co, Inc.) are mixed, after cooling to 45℃.
