Composition
V-8 Juice* 200 ml   CaCO3* 3 g   Tap water 800 ml   Agar 15 g                   *Add CaCO3 (3 g) to V-8 juice (ca 300 ml) and stir it for 2 h. After centrifuging, adjust the supernatant to 200 ml with tap water.
