@mycosamine biosynthesis

fscMII破壊mutantではsugar moietyを持たないFR-008 aglyconesが主に産生された。
そして低レベルではあるが、3-keto-6-deoxy-D-mannoseをsugar moietyとするものも得られた。
sugar moietyを持たないものが主なのはmycosamine glycosylTFの基質特異性が厳しいため。
