RubF2(280aa): Quinone oxidoreductase

rubF2はalcohol dehydrogenaseに、rubF3はNRPSのadenylation domainに相同性を示す。
RubF2 and RubF3はたぶんRubFとオペロンなので、完全に伸長されたpolyketide鎖のC末は、RubFで保存されているCys-73 residueに付着され(Payton et al. 2001)、RubF3によって移動、adenylateされ、RubF2によってcyclic amineに還元されると考えられる。
