avilamycin耐性遺伝子(aviABC1,aviABC2,aviRa,aviRb)のクローニングと機能解析の報告。

aviABC1,aviABC2はそれぞれATP-bindingとmembrane proteinをコードする独立した遺伝子でtype I transporterに属すると推定している。
S. lividans TK66にaviABC1 plus aviABC2を導入した株は5mg/ml avilamycin containing platesで生育が可能であった。
