streptolydigin生合成gene clusterの報告。

ORF1-6は相同性を示すSCO,SAVと同様の機能を果たすと考察している。
ORF4は、Q82N03(SAV1500),Q9K3P7(SCO1101)と相同性を示す。いずれもhypothetical protein。

streptolydigin生合成領域を特定するために、orf2から上流およびorf3から下流領域の不活化株を作製。いずれも streotolydiginの生産量が変化しなかった(data not shown)ことから、Orf2から上流およびOrf3から下流領域は streptolydiginの生合成には関与していないと考察している。
この領域は、一次代謝やhousekeepingに関与しているのだろうと推測している。

本ORFは機能解析実験はされていない。
