streptolydigin生合成gene clusterの報告。

ORF1-6は相同性を示すSCO,SAVと同様の機能を果たすと考察している。
ORF5は、Q9K3P6(SCO1102),Q82N02(SAV1501)と相同性を示す。
いずれも hypothetical protein。


streptolydigin生合成領域を特定するために、orf2から上流および orf3から下流領域の不活化株を作製。いずれも streotolydiginの生産量が変化しなかった(data not shown)ことから、Orf2から上流およびOrf3から下流領域は streptolydiginの生合成には関与していないと考察している。
この領域は、一次代謝やhousekeepingに関与しているのだろうと推測している。

本ORFは機能解析実験はされていない。
