SlnE (93aa) : Ferredoxin

P450 monooxygenase SlnFとferredoxin SlnEはC-20でのhydroxylationを成し遂げるようだ。
しかし、置換によるslnF mutantはsalinomycin産生性を完全に失ったので、SlnFによるhydroxylationは成熟したpolyketide鎖がACPから放出される前に起こるかもしれない。
